Directions
- Stand with your feet together and your arms at your sides.
- Step to the right with your right foot while simultaneously raising your arms out to the sides and up above your head.
- Bring your left foot next to the right, lowering your arms back to your sides.
- Repeat the movement to the left side, continuing to alternate directions with each step.
